Terms & Conditions

*Registration ends 11:59PM ET 12/15/09. Contestants must be residents of the United States 18 years of age or older at time of entry, enrolled in an accredited college or university, and able to provide proof of enrollment upon request. One team per school, only. Each team must consist of seven (7) members, to include but not exceed three (3) women, two (2) men, along with a male and female alternate. Team names may not include a School’s mascot or other trademarked/protected name. All MTV’s “Spring Break Challenge” team submissions are subject to review and approval by StudentCity and/or Bunim-Murray. All team leaders must have a Spring Break trip booked through StudentCity prior to “Spring Break Challenge” registration. Any team members on a team cast for “Spring Break Challenge” not booked to Acapulco are required to change their trip destination to Acapulco and pay the difference (if applicable). All teams casted to be on “Spring Break Challenge” must be paid in full by StudentCity’s final payment deadline.
**Total trip sales do not guarantee Show participation. Bunim-Murray Productions may require additional information from potential Show participants. These items may include but are not limited to team member videos, photos, access to social networking pages and publicity and liability releases, In addition to the top 20 teams, StudentCity will select a wildcard team to participate in the casting call and win one of the 7 slots. Film schedule TBD. Contestants must allow StudentCity to change your departure and return day to coincide with 5 days of filming between March 12 and March 20, 2010. StudentCity reserves the right to change flight schedules to Acapulco to ensure contestant’s participation on all days of filming.
