Thailand is a hidden gem that we’ve grown to absolutely love and realized people loved to travel to. With the upgraded Bucket List trip, you get an extended 13 days of excursions and adventures with the best and most experienced tour guides! Obviously with an extended trip we were prepared for more inclusions, but we got really excited because the list grew to be better than we even anticipated. From the thrilling additions to the relaxing inclusions, your overall Thailand experience will be one you won’t forget.
Keep reading to get some insight as to the inclusions that The Bucket List Thailand trip offers:
Phangan Challenge Lake
Phangan Challange Lake is a major attraction in South East Asia. Ever heard of the famous TV show Wipeout? This is the same concept; an inflatable obstical course you need to get across without falling in. The course consists of a rope swing, inflatable stepping stones, monkey bars, rolling barrels, an inflatable mountain wall, and the notorious Big Red Balls. Try it a couple of times before attempting the timed trial! If you aren’t up for the challenge, sit back at the bar and restaurant overlooking the course. Cheer on or make fun of your group as they fall multiple times in the lake.

Get your sweat on with Muay Thai Boxing Lessons
Try an optional Muay Thai Lesson at a local gym. Before you take it off the table completely by saying, "this is your vacation time and you don't want to lift a finger if you don't have to," remember your trip to Thailand is all about experiencing and exposing yourself to a new culture! A little workout never killed nobody. It’s time to take a chance and try something you’ve never done before! Who knows you may have a hidden talent or find it therapeutic. Muay Thai could be something that you really take to and continue to practice for years to come!
Slip N Fly Day Party
Everyone knows we love a good day party. But when the party atmosphere includes the craziest waterslides in Southern Asia, adventure, games, and music artists all in one, this is considered an ULTIMATE day party. The Slip N Fly Phangan includes two deep slide pools, Splash Pool, Body Board Slide, and a restaurant with pool and pong tables. There are so many options to get your adrenalin pumping and your party on at the same time!
Check out the Slip N Fly Instagram page, @slipnflyparty for more of their action!
Out of all your adventuring and featured excursions, one of the better inclusion is a traditional Thai massage. This massage will do wonders for your body and the benefits are said to last for days. The masseuse basically assists you in a relaxing yoga session by stretching and controlling your body, and applying soft and hard pressure (depending on your preference) to the muscles. The goal of the massage is to enter your body into a Zen-like state and help balance positive and negative energy.
Khao Sok National Park and Floating Bungalows
Departing Bangkok to stay at Khao Sok National Park is an adventure in itself! Travel overnight on a train and then make moves to the Khao Sok National Park, rated one of the best parks in the world. Traditional longtail boats will take you to the park where you will stay! Yes, that’s right, sleep on the freshwater lake in floating bungalows. That’s not something most people get to experience! The lake is surrounded by an impressive green rainforest and a backdrop of limestone mountains. This is a really stunning scenery; it gives you the feeling that nature’s beauty has no limits. You will get lost in the moment, so make sure you have a beer in your hand to snap back to reality when kayaking or floating in the lake.
Day and Night on Magical 'Bottle Beach'
We consider Bottle Beach to be one of the best beaches in Thailand. The only way there is by boat and we basically get the whole beach to ourselves, pretty much making it a slice of paradise. You will primarily be you relaxing, hanging out by the bar, or participating in various activities. This beach’s combined laid back and energetic vibe makes for the perfect environment for all. Stay in beach huts that overlook the ocean for the perfect night in paradise. In the evening dive into dinner and cocktails right on the beach, a campfire and a fantastic private fire show.
Longtail Chao Phraya River Cruise
Explore Bangkok by a traditional longtail boat along the Chao Phraya River. Longtail boats are a Thailand staple. Travel down the river and take in the heritage and culture of Thailand. Your trip will take you to visit two prestigious temples — Wat Arun and Wat Pho, where you’ll visit the impressively giant, gold Buddah Statue. Don’t forget to take a picture with it! It is pretty impressive.
Island Boat Trip
Spend the day on a boat trip around the tropical island of Koh Phangan. This scenery will make you never want to leave! The trip stops for snorkeling and swimming at the coolest hot spots along the way, among the blue water and white-sand beaches. It even gets better! Throughout the trip there's music, free food, and drinks are provided. At the end of the trip we take you out for some Thai food at one of our favorite places to grub. We never get enough of the food here!
Full Moon Party
Last...but certainly not least!
Most travelers are familiar with Thailand thanks to the Full Moon Party. This party starts at the beginning of dusk on the beach of Haad Rin and doesn't stop until the next morning. Neon colors fill the energetic crowds while thousands enjoy a night filled with a firework display, jugglers and fire-eaters, techno, reggae, dancing, and buckets filled with drinks.
